The cases will be heard simultaneously again on the date fixed by the court.Meanwhile, Education Minister Ranoj Pegu reacted to the regularization of the jobs of contract teachers who have passed TET and said that they will accept the order of the court in this case. On January 10 last year, the government informed in writing that the jobs of TET teachers on contract basis will be regularized. But in this case they have to accept some conditions. Opposing this decision of the government, the All Assam Primary TET Passed Teachers Association along with others have filed a writ petition in the High Court demanding regularization of their jobs without conditions. 24 other cases on the same issue are pending in the High Court. On Tuesday, the High Court took up the hearing of all the cases together and summoned the affidavit from the government.
